Use the coupon here for $5.00 off (it is the one for Mr. Potato Head Spud, Playskool) and get it for $.99 after coupon. You can print it twice. If you don't have small children, this would be a great item to give to toy drives this Christmas season.
So you don't have to search the store, they are located up front by the Christmas candy, stocking stuffers, etc. I got mine on Friday at the New Tampa Target and they had 5 left. Luckily, there are Targets everywhere so we all should be able to score two. Let me know if you get them.
